Returns:

2. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return or exchange it, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp. We are here to help and will do our best to resolve any issues.

3. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours.

4. Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Items that have been opened or used will not be accepted under any circumstances. Change-of-mind returns are only valid within 24 hours of purchase.

Refunds:

1. Refunds will be issued only through the original payment method or as a store credit voucher. Store credit vouchers must be used within one month from the date of issuance.
